About Company: A large conglomerate into cement manufacturing Position: Sr.Engineer -Operation - Power Plant (BOE) Location: Jaipur Qualification: Diploma/B.E./B.Tech-Mechanical Experience:4-8 Years Job Description: 1. Ensuring the Smooth and Efficient running of the Power Plant (SMP/CPP/GPP) in shift. 2. Preparation of Daily MIS and Shift reports and circulation to concerned. 3. Coordination with RMH Dept for shift Raw material requirement (Coal/ Lime) 4. Coordination with RMH Dept for Fly Ash and Bed ash handling vehicles timely availability 5. Coordination of Plant operation with following Safety and Environment Norms 6. Planning to meet out day to day Power Generation as per Power Schedule 7. Coordination with Coal Plant regarding shift operation activities 8. Ensuring the schedule changeover of equipments, trials of standby equipments as per schedule. 9. Communication regarding load variation with Power cell. 10. Ensuring the implementation and follow-up of SOP and Safe work practices during shift. 11. Follow up with other Service departments regarding shift abnormality. 12. Plant Start-up & Stoppage of boiler, Turbine & BOP as per load demand of power sale. 13. Boiler, Turbine & BOP Logic review, checks the limits issuing permit and guiding the Shift staff for Emergency handling. 14. Equipment shutdown permits issue. 15. Review the working Operations parameters of Boiler, Turbine & BOP during shift and actions for optimization.
