Role Overview: You will be responsible for preparing and updating project schedules, including engineering, procurement, and construction activities. You will also be in charge of creating deliverable schedules, progress S curves, and other critical activity reports. Monitoring and controlling project schedules to meet the project management requirements will be a key part of your role. Proficiency in using Primavera (P6) and MS Project software is essential, along with a good working knowledge of design, procurement, and construction/field services work. Working independently in a multidisciplinary team environment and experience in Pro-Services Cost Controls & Monitoring would be beneficial. Candidates with a background in engineering consultancy firms are preferred. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and update project schedules for engineering, procurement, and construction - Create deliverable schedules, progress S curves, and critical activity reports - Monitor and control project schedules to ensure adherence to project management requirements - Utilize Planning Report, Progress Variance Analysis Report, Critical Path Analysis, etc. - Proficiently use Primavera (P6) & MS Project software - Have a good working knowledge of design, procurement, and construction/field services work Qualifications Required: - Bachelor of Engineering with 10 to 14 years of experience in Planning, Scheduling & Monitoring of Projects in Process Industry (Industrial Projects) from Concept to Commissioning Stage - Conversant with Primavera P6 & MS Project - Conversant with MS Office - Knowledge of Eco-Sys software is an added advantage Note: The company also values collaboration, offering flexible working arrangements, extended leave options, and various social, health, and wellbeing events and initiatives to support professional growth.
