Senior Engineer - Mobile Development

As a Senior Engineer - Mobile Development at Edmingle, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining features on the mobile application. With over 5 years of experience in mobile app development and at least 3 years of proficiency in Flutter, you will play a crucial role in our team. Your strong problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively make you an ideal candidate for this position. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead the mobile app development team - Increase the stability of the application (maintain >99.5% crash-free users) and reduce crashes on live app - Work on the project structure adhering to industry best practices - Implement robust, reusable, and testable components - Optimize global components for maximum performance across various devices - Develop a well-structured, easily maintainable codebase **Qualifications Required:** - Deep knowledge in Flutter and Dart and its application lifecycle, UI rendering, and animations - Knowledge of State Management Patterns (Bloc or similar) - Proficient with version control systems (Git preferred) - Experience working with native technologies Android/iOS, and its libraries e.g. location services, maps, and other common libraries - Experience with production monitoring, tracking, and A/B test tools (Firebase or similar) - Experience with storage, threading, and performance tuning - Familiarity with Android Architectures, unit testing, and Jetpack libraries - Strong understanding of REST APIs In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, you should have experience with Flutter apps and publishing on the Play Store and Apple App Store, as well as Firebase functionalities such as Cloud Firestore, Push Notifications, Cloud Functions, and Analytics. Your ability to plan and architect Modules/App for high scalability and rapid growth will be highly valued in this role.,
