Senior Engineer

Position Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Senior Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in planning, executing, and delivering civil engineering projects with a strong emphasis on quality, safety, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and supervise project execution from start to completion.
• Prepare and review engineering designs, drawings, and technical specifications.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, consultants, and clients to ensure smooth project flow.
• Monitor project progress, timelines, and budgets, and provide regular updates to management.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with design standards and safety regulations.
• Resolve technical issues and provide guidance to junior engineers and site teams.
• Ensure quality control and adherence to industry best practices.
• Assist in preparing project reports, documentation, and presentations.

Qualifications:

• B.Tech / M.Tech in Civil Engineering or a relevant field.
• Strong understanding of engineering design principles, construction methodologies, and project management.

Experience:

• 8+ years

  of experience in civil engineering or related project roles.
• Prior experience in site management, structural design, or infrastructure projects is preferred.
