Position : Senior Engineer - Reliability Engineering (East - Jharsuguda) Location : Jharsuguda Position Overview : Posted at a plant site, The reliability engineer plays an important role for Infinite Uptime. The role is for an expert in vibration technology. Responsibilities : - Deputed at a plant, Perform vibration analysis on rotating machines. - Joint analysis of fault with customers - Facilitate report preparation. - Detailed machine diagnosis of common machinery faults. - Review reports generated by COE team & auto diagnostic feature, validate and give feedback - Identify opportunity to develop new and special applications - Improve and validate the auto diagnostics features, identify fault patterns, Ensure quality reports. - Prepare RCFA - Supervise the corrective action Qualification/ Skills: - Vibration Analyst Level II or above certifications. - Rotating equipment background, turbine, and compressor experience a plus - 6 to 8 Years of experience in Vibration Analysis of rotary equipment. - Working experience in industrial plants like paper, Chemical, Steel and Cement. - Experience in online condition monitoring will be an advantage. - Strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to address specific issues - Ability to establish strong working relationships with customers - Strong customer focus and the desire to go the extra mile
