Role & responsibilities Should have knowledge in electrical /HVAC /PHE / FPS/ELV works. Should able to understand the contract terms . Should have knowledge in MEP planning and preparation of schedules , sequence of activates . Understand the critical activates and follow up with various vendors for deliveries . Assist MEP manager for various follow ups and preparation of progress reports . Should able to extract the qtys from drawings . Should have knowledge in preparing of client bills and checking of subcontractor bills Preparation of reconciliation statements ( Client Vs Subcontractor ) Preferred candidate profile Candidate shall be B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical /Electrical discipline .
