Tasks Senior Engineer (Connectivity) Education Training Master s / Bachelor s degree in Computer Science/Electronics Communication/Electrical Engineering or in a relevant stream. Experience 3 6 years of experience in Software development in Automotive Min 3/4 years of experience in Coding, debugging in Android and C/C++ software. Mandatory Skills Proficient in Android Automotive, Kotlin, Java and C/C++ language Experience in writing requirements for the product in DOORS or JIRA and are well versed in deriving epics and user stories from the requirements for the scrum team Experience with Android middleware development, including services, AIDL, content providers, Car Network / Service and broadcast receivers. Experience with cloud message APIs and push notifications including MQTT and HTTP Communication Establish an effective communication with partners, suppliers, within, and outside organization Nice to have: Experience in Automotive with knowledge of Automotive Security Desired Skills Good knowledge of Test driven development (Unit and Module testing) Proven ability working in Agile Scrum environment using Atlassian tools Familiarity with version control systems such as Git. Experience with continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) processes Job Responsibilities Design, architecture and Develop for Android Project from concept to release. Works with Product Owners, Project Managers, Vehicle System Project Lead and other stakeholders to align strategy and execution Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. Troubleshoot and debug issues, providing timely resolutions.
