Oversee the planning, design, and construction of civil engineering projects. Conduct site assessments and surveys to determine project feasibility. Prepare detailed engineering plans, specifications, and cost estimates. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and within-budget completion. Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards. Resolve any technical issues that arise during construction. Prepare and submit progress reports to clients and senior management. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Mentor and supervise junior engineers and technical staff.
