Senior Engineer, Channel Business

As a Sales Support Executive at Valmet, your role is crucial in supporting the Channel Head and distributors to ensure successful sales growth of the Channel business in India. Your responsibilities include: - Onboarding New Partners to expand the distribution network effectively. - Developing New Partners and existing partners to strengthen business relationships. - Ensuring timely completion of Due Diligence documentation process with the concerned team. - Providing Order Expediting support for Partners to streamline sales processes. - Allocating Customer lists in coordination with the sales team and communicating updates as necessary. - Handling general conflict management of Partners and escalating issues to Channel Head when required. - Communicating product updates, technical information, and applications data to partners. - Updating Salesforce for Distributor Accounts to maintain accurate records. - Managing and monitoring inventory for Master Distributor and other Distributors. - Supporting all Business lines for Channel-related activities and coordinating Marketing and supply chain activities for Distributors. - Assisting Channel Head in growing and developing Channel Business effectively. - Developing selected Value-Added Centers (VACs) across India as required for business expansion.
