Senior Engineer

We are looking for a skilled Senior Engineer with 3 to 7 years of experience to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project planning, cost optimization, and design coordination.

• Coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.
• Develop and implement effective project plans, monitor progress, and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.
• Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and address any issues that arise.
• Prepare and present reports on project status, risks, and mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in hydro project management, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
• Strong knowledge of project management tools such as Primavera P6 and MSP.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
• Familiarity with civil engineering principles and practices.
