Key Responsibilities:

1. Billing & Documentation

Prepare RA (Running Account) bills, subcontractor bills, and client bills as per site progress.
Verify work quantities executed on site with approved drawings and BOQs.
Maintain measurement sheets and daily progress records.
Ensure all billing documentation (MBs, test reports, approvals, photos, etc.) is properly filed and submitted.
Reconcile material consumption and issue reports for cost control.

2. Coordination & Verification

Coordinate with the site execution, quality, and stores teams for accurate data collection.
Cross-check subcontractor bills against work orders, site measurements, and quality clearances.
Liaise with the project manager and head office billing/commercial team for approvals and clarifications.

3. Compliance & Reporting

Ensure billing is aligned with contractual terms and project milestones.
Track and report billing status, payment progress, and deviations.
Support internal and external audits with required documentation.

4. Additional Responsibilities

Maintain updated records of site measurements, material receipts, and utilization.
Support in preparation of variation claims, extra item bills, and final settlement bills.
Assist in project cost analysis and monthly cost reports.
