Job Description

We have urgent hiring for Senior Engineer Vendor Development for Gurgaon location.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, evaluate, and develop new vendors and suppliers to support production and project requirements.
Conduct vendor audits to assess manufacturing capability, quality systems, and compliance.
Coordinate with design, purchase, and production teams to ensure timely development of components and materials.
Negotiate with suppliers for cost optimization, lead time reduction, and quality improvements.
Support localization and cost reduction initiatives through alternate vendor sourcing.

Desired Candidate Profile:

B.E./B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering.
1-5 years of experience in Vendor Development / Purchase functions in a manufacturing setup.
Strong knowledge of mechanical drawings, fabrication, machining, sheet metal, and mechanical components.
Good communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Proficient in MS Excel and ERP systems.
