Job Description

Role Overview: As an Assistant Manager / Senior Engineer - Service at KONE, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining excellent relationships with customers, contact persons, and end-users. Your main responsibilities will involve managing customer relationships, service operations, and leadership/people management. Key Responsibilities: - Managing Customer Relationships: - Ensure customer satisfaction through quality service and proactive communication - Report work performed accurately and in real-time - Maintain excellent relationships with customers and end-users on site - Identify site risks and take immediate action when necessary - Service Operations: - Ensure end-users and site safety - Execute service visits and repairs according to schedule and quality standards - Plan workload effectively and raise sales leads - Manage proximity stock and service tools - Provide feedback for product and safety improvement - Leadership / People Management: - Update supervisor regularly on relevant information - Be familiar with lift technology and attend training - Provide training/coaching when required Qualifications Required: - Passion for meeting people and making an impact in the elevator and escalator industry - Relevant experience in customer service and technical operations - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively in a team and take initiative - Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes About the Company: KONE values employee engagement, sustainability, and ethical business practices.
