Job Description

Handle sales of Electronics Components and Devices. Generate business from new and existing customers through cold calling, site visits and attendance at industry-related events. Develop and implement sales strategies based on management objectives. Meet prospects and customers, carry out regular visits, collect information and requirements. Build customer confidence by providing technical support from experts within the organization. Prepare and give technical presentations to explain to customers about products. Work with customers and Sales Support to ensure the product/service offered meets the requirements. Successfully match customer pain points /requirements to proposed solutions; help customers to solve problems with product usage. Negotiate and close service and new product opportunities. Responsible for Order Intake to Payment Receipt from developed opportunities. Meet assigned profitable sales target Build and maintain a sales pipeline tracked on the CRM system. Stay up-to-date with competition, emerging trends, technologies and propose innovative strategies for leveraging new opportunities. Stay informed about industry news, competitor activities, and social media best practices, and share relevant insights and recommendations with the team. Representing in Events, Webinars, Trade show participation, exhibitions, virtual meetings. Creation of sales marketing material like brochures, posters, presentations, banners, standees etc. Desired Experience: 3 10 Years Willing to : Gathering requirements from clients Conceptualization and Developing strategy Ensuring smooth sales cycle Technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience with industrial equipment Impeccable grasp of the English language Experience in the Pune Region is a plus Ability to work independently with little or no daily supervision Good time management skills, including prioritizing, scheduling, and adapting as necessary Proficiency with computers, Proven experience or training to understand value solution selling is a plus Ability to forge strong, long-lasting relationships with key technical or mid-management decision makers Ability to creatively explain and present complex concepts in an easy to understand manner Willingness to travel
