Senior Editor

As a senior editor at a-tom, your role goes beyond just cutting faster. You will be the final author responsible for elevating the story and quality of every film's flavor. Your main responsibilities will include: - Leading edits for ads, branded campaigns, and vertical content - Taking charge of final cut, pacing, storytelling, color, grade, and finish - Mentoring junior editors and conducting reviews - Integrating AI tools to enhance speed and quality To excel in this role, you will need to have: - Mastery in Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, and Resolve - A proven portfolio in ad and short-form content (not limited to reels) - Strong leadership skills and effective communication - Excellent taste in rhythm, music, and narrative Ideally, you should have 4-6 years of experience in the field or demonstrate excellence that showcases your readiness for this position. The role is based at the on-site 15th Floor Hyderabad studio.
