Senior E-commerce Administrator Number of position : 1 We are looking for a highly organized and experienced Senior E-commerce Administrator to oversee order management, inventory control, and seamless communication across all departments. This role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in e-commerce operations, and the ability to drive process efficiency. Key Responsibilities Skills : Order Management: Ensure accurate order processing, tracking, and fulfillment while coordinating with sales, logistics, and customer service teams. Inventory Management: Maintain optimal stock levels, prevent shortages or overstocking, and collaborate with suppliers for timely replenishment. Cross-Department Coordination: Act as the primary liaison between sales, warehouse, finance, and customer service teams to streamline workflows and resolve operational challenges. E-commerce Operations: Oversee product listings and integrate within our system. Data Analysis Reporting: Generate reports on sales performance and Ads. Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies and implement best practices to enhance order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, and overall e-commerce operations . Key Responsibilities Skills : Proven experience in e-commerce administration, order management, or inventory control. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with ERP or inventory management software. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Excellent English communication skills to coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders. Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with online sales channels (e.g., Shopify, Amazon, eBay) is a plus . Timings: Monday to Friday 12:30 to 9:30 PM (April-October) 1:30 to 10:30 PM (November-March) Saturday 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM (alternate off)
