About the Role We are looking for a Senior Director of Sales – RegTech (India) to lead our go-to-market efforts for FlexComply. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of RBI regulations, a deep network in the Indian financial ecosystem, and a proven track record in B2B RegTech or compliance solution sales. This is a leadership role with significant ownership over revenue growth, market expansion, and strategic client acquisition. Key Responsibilities Sales Strategy & Execution • Own and execute the GTM strategy for RegTech sales in India. • Identify key market segments and build a scalable pipeline of regulated financial institutions. • Drive enterprise-level sales cycles, from lead generation to closure. Regulatory-Focused Selling • Map FlexComply’s capabilities to RBI, SEBI, and FIU-IND requirements. • Engage with compliance officers, risk heads, and CXOs to position the product effectively. • Stay updated on local regulatory trends and tailor value propositions accordingly. Leadership & Revenue Growth • Build and manage a high-performance sales team. • Forecast and deliver against ambitious revenue targets. • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to align on customer feedback and product evolution. Stakeholder Engagement • Represent FlexComply at industry events, regulatory forums, and thought leadership panels. • Build and nurture strategic partnerships and alliances with RegTech ecosystem players. Who You Are • A RegTech sales expert with a clear understanding of RBI AML/KYC compliance frameworks. • Experienced in selling B2B SaaS or compliance solutions to Indian banks, NBFCs, or fintechs. • Proven Experience in managing large deal cycles ($500k+ARR) and strategic enterprise sales. • Comfortable navigating complex sales cycles involving risk, compliance, legal, and tech stakeholders. • A strategic thinker with strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Required Qualifications • 15 years of experience in B2B enterprise sales, with at least 6-8 years in RegTech or compliance solutions. • Strong familiarity with RBI, SEBI, or FIU-IND regulations. • Proven success in closing high-value deals with regulated entities. • Existing network across compliance and risk teams within Indian financial institutions. • CRM proficiency (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) and solid command of pipeline management.
