We are seeking a highly driven Director / Sr. Manager of Marketing Operations to own the effectiveness, scalability, and success of our marketing engine. This role will be responsible for overseeing marketing technology, lead workflows, data management, analytics, and cross-functional alignment with sales and business ops. The ideal candidate is a data-driven marketing expert with a proven background in building efficient, results-oriented marketing systems. A technical leader with a proven track record of coaching and mentoring a high-performing team, our Director/Sr. Manager will be ready to jump in and combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution to deliver measurable pipeline growth and revenue impact. Core Responsibilities Develop and execute the overall marketing operations strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals. Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to optimize lead management processes and campaign execution. Drive continuous improvement of marketing processes, ensuring scalability and operational efficiency. Own the marketing tech stack, including platform evaluation, implementation, and maintenance (e.g., HubSpot, Qualified, Mutiny, Zoominfo, etc). Integrate marketing tools with CRM and other business systems to ensure data flow and accuracy. Develop scalable campaign processes, including lead capture, scoring, nurturing, and routing. Lead data management efforts, including database health, segmentation, and compliance with data privacy laws (GDPR/CCPA). Establish key marketing performance metrics (KPIs) and produce weekly, monthly, quarterly reports. Partner with revenue operations to ensure seamless lead handoff and accurate revenue reporting. Collaborate with content, product marketing, and digital teams to align campaigns with business goals. Proven leadership experience with a track record of scaling marketing operations teams. Deep knowledge of marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) and CRMs (e.g., Salesforce). Experience managing cross-functional teams and working with external vendors. Strong understanding of data management, including segmentation, hygiene, and compliance. Expertise in reporting and analytics, with advanced proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, Looker, or Power BI. Technical proficiency in systems integration and API-based tools. Exceptional project management and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
