33306BR Bangalore - Campus Job Description Position: Senior Director – Delivery Management – Application development and Maintenance & support Role Overview We are seeking a Senior Director with extensive experience managing large-scale delivery projects. The candidate will lead end-to-end delivery, from pre-sales activities (such as RFPs and RFIs) through to technical solution design, infrastructure management, and application support. Expertise in cloud management, IT infrastructure, and vendor coordination is essential to ensure seamless operations. This role requires strong leadership, the ability to build and manage high-performing delivery teams, and experience in managing complex, multi-vendor environments. Key Responsibilities Delivery Leadership: Manage the full delivery lifecycle, including planning, execution, tracking, and closure of large technology projects. Oversee technical solution design to ensure alignment with business requirements, ensuring quality and on-time delivery. RFP and RFI Management: Lead the preparation, response, and management of RFPs, RFIs, and proposals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, estimate costs, and develop timelines. Assist the sales team with pre-sales engagements and solution demonstrations. Application development & Support and Operations: Oversee application support teams to ensure stability, availability, and performance of systems and software. Manage SLAs, resolve escalations, and implement continuous improvement processes. Stakeholder and Vendor Management: Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and contractors to ensure timely and quality delivery. Act as the primary point of contact for clients and senior stakeholders, Governance. Financial and Risk Management: Manage project budgets, ensuring delivery within financial constraints. Identify, assess, and mitigate risks to ensure smooth project execution. Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor KPIs, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly delivery milestones, and key project metrics. Provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders on project status, risks, and financials. Skills And Qualifications Minimum 15 years in project delivery, with at least 8 years leading large technology in Application development projects. Demonstrated experience managing RFPs, RFIs, and building technical solutions. Proven expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud). Strong background in infrastructure and application support operations. Proficiency in Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery methodologies. Expertise in managing budgets, timelines, and risks. Experience in vendor management, contract negotiation, and SLA governance. Knowledge of network architecture, systems, and storage solutions. Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams. Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, including managing client expectations and executive reporting. Educational Requirements Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree (MBA) is preferred. PMP, PRINCE2, or ITIL certification is a plus.
