Role & responsibilities Operation and maintenance of SMT machines and equipment and perform Assemble the electromechanical parts as per the work instruction without any defects Perform the given task effectively and follow shop floor best practices Follow 5S & safety practices in shopfloor and maintain the area neat, clean & tidy Handle electronic modules carefully and preserve appropriately Learn and perform new stage operations to become more competent and multiskilled Follow I Own Quality concept to produce quality products Preferred candidate profile General Product Knowledge Basic Knowledge of stage operation & related production Process, Surface Mount Technology assembly process, Hand soldering techniques Ability to learn new tasks quickly & perform efficiently Basic knowledge of ESD, MSD, 5S & other systems Knowledge of materials used for production Knowledge of waste Identification Manual Assembling, soldering & mechanical assembly of components Visual inspection of assemblies Assistance in Preventive maintenance activities Perks and benefits Transportation Available as per Shift timing – Both Pick and drop, additionally for Women employees, House Pick up and drop if shift timing is on 6.00PM to 6.00AM along with escorts Meals – Yes Available As per Shift timing Other benefits : Group Medical Insurance, Group Personal Accident Insurance and Group Term Life Insurance are as per applicable Company Policy.
