Full job description We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for strategizing, executing, monitoring, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various online platforms. This role requires a creative and analytical mindset to boost brand visibility, increase website traffic, and drive lead generation. Key Responsibilities:  Campaign Development: Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising.  Content Creation: Collaborate with the content team to create engaging digital content such as blogs, emails, videos, and social media posts.  Social Media Management: Manage social media accounts by scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and implementing strategies to increase followers.  Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Optimize website content and landing pages for search engine rankings and conduct keyword research.  Data Analysis: Analyze campaign performance metrics, prepare reports, and recommend strategies for improvement.  Advertising: Develop and manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, etc.) to drive targeted traffic and leads.  Website Maintenance: Ensure the website is user-friendly, optimized for conversions, and updated with fresh content.  Market Research: Stay updated on digital marketing trends, competitor strategies, and industry developments.
