We are seeking a Senior Digital Marketing professional - to join the marketing department of a USA-based software company. Ideal Candidate Profile The ideal candidate should have exceptional English-speaking, presentation, and written communication skills. They must be adept at problem-solving, thinking creatively, and navigating challenges in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment. Key Responsibilities Manage both paid and organic campaigns to generate leads. Oversee Google Ads accounts, including PPC, display, and video ad campaigns. Develop and implement pay-per-click (PPC) media strategies to promote software solutions. Conduct competitor analysis using various tools to research ads, keywords, and marketing strategies. Handle, review, and manage Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other advertising platforms. Monitor and optimize account metrics such as keyword bids, budgets, impression share, and quality scores on a daily and monthly basis. Identify keyword opportunities, structure campaigns effectively, and implement display network strategies in alignment with business goals. Utilize analytics tools to enhance website traffic and performance. Manage Google Tag Manager (GTM) and implement tracking codes efficiently. Develop and execute creative display marketing strategies. Collaborate with the design team to create engaging ad copies and visuals. Design landing pages using builder tools and optimize them through A/B testing. Take ownership of all paid media channels from a growth marketing perspective. Assist the SEO team in developing on-page and off-page strategies to improve website visibility. Skills & Competencies Minimum 5+ years of experience in B2B IT/Marketing. At minimum of 1+ years of experience in the USA and Canada B2B markets would be an added advantage. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Proven ability to collaborate with various stakeholders. Ability to drive accountability while fostering a positive work culture. Experience in preparing and presenting weekly/monthly reports to the management. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word is preferred. Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask effectively in a deadline-driven environment. A broad understanding of technology trends and an interest in digital marketing, social impact, or international development.
