The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for marketing and technology, with expertise in leveraging digital channels to drive revenue growth and enhance brand visibility. You will be well-versed in digital marketing concepts, tech-savvy, and capable of delivering innovative ideas to strengthen our campaigns. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven ability to harness the power of digital platforms to achieve measurable business results. Digital Marketing Strategy: Manage SEM, SEO, SMM, PPC, email, content, affiliate, remarketing, and display advertising. Use tools like Google Analytics, AdWords, SEMrush, Ahrefs, SA360, Screaming Frog, Microsoft Clarity, and AI tools. 2. Content and Design Skills: Expertise in creative content writing, WordPress, and front-end technologies (CSS, HTML, JS). Proficiency in graphic design tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, and CorelDRAW. 3. Social Media and Campaign Management: Plan and monitor social media presence (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube). Create and implement paid campaigns with set budgets, optimizing for performance. 4. SEO and Organic Traffic: Execute on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies to boost organic traffic. Monitor SEO performance and suggest content optimization. 5. Paid Advertising and Analytics: Manage paid campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. Measure campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Web Trends, ensuring ROI and KPIs are met. 6. Collaboration and Content Creation: Work with teams to develop campaigns and create engaging content (blogs, e-newsletters, social media posts). Ensure brand consistency across all platforms. 7. Innovation and Trends: Stay updated on digital marketing trends and technologies. Generate creative ideas and provide feedback for campaign improvement. 8. Cross-Functional Expertise: Collaborate with designers and developers to create SEO-friendly, user-friendly websites. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities. Desired Candidate Profile: Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Technology, Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or a related field. Experience: 4-6 years of professional hands-on experience in digital marketing. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex information. Audience Understanding: Ability to understand target audience and content needs. Soft Skills and Analytical Skills: Analytical Mindset, Time Management, Proactive Attitude, Strategic Thinking, Sound Listener, Quick Learner, and Team Collaboration. Strong ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions. Digital Agency Experience will be preferred. Ed-Tech/e-learning industry experience will be preferred. WordPress knowledge will be a plus. Experience in marketing B2C and B2B business models.
