Senior Digital Marketing Associate

What you'll do :

  • Collaborative Stakeholder Engagement:

    Work hand-in-hand with internal stakeholders to deliver campaigns on time and in accordance with campaign objectives. Respond promptly to campaign inquiries across the team to ensure everyone is aligned to expectations. Ensure quality across all deliverables.
  • Media/Agency Management:

    Work with our agency partner to execute, and optimize integrated digital campaigns (SEO, SEM, and paid media) to build awareness and drive demand for our ZAIDYN software solution and other platforms.
  • Performance Optimization:

    Analyze campaign performance data (such as impressions, clicks, conversions, etc.) to identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven optimization strategies and insights to improve campaign performance. Implement A/B and multivariate testing to refine ad copy, creatives, and target strategies for maximum impact. Partner with analytics team to build scalable reporting and dashboards that translate data into actionable insights for optimizing campaigns.
  • Platform Expertise:

    Execute Google search console, LinkedIn, Meta, Programmatic (Demandbase) and Google/Bing Ads. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives with a deep understanding of both B2B targeting and product-specific positioning.
  • Competitive Analysis:

    Conduct thorough research and analysis of competitors to inform and refine our paid campaign strategies.
What you'll bring:
  • 4-6 years of experience in performance marketing, digital campaign management, product marketing or a related field.
  • A degree in Marketing, Digital Technologies, or a related field, with a strong academic record.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data to drive informed decisions. Proven experience in LinkedIn ads, Google ads and Programmatic (Demandbase) ads and campaign management, either directly or through agency collaboration.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and agency partners.
  • Demonstrated success in digital marketing. Experience working in large, global organizations is a plus.
  • Motivation and initiative to continually improve digital effectiveness
  • Obsessive attention to detail. Relentless customer focus and obsession.
  • Experience in working with MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Exposure to AI-powered platforms supporting SEO, SEM, programmatic, or social campaigns is preferred.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to shift schedule to work evening hours to collaborate with US-based colleagues.
