Role Overview

highly skilled Digital Content Creator

Key ResponsibilitiesVideo Production & Editing

• Plan, shoot, and edit high-impact product, lifestyle, and promotional videos.
• Operate cameras, gimbals, drones, lighting, and audio equipment confidently.
• Edit using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, etc.
• Add motion graphics, text overlays, transitions, SFX, and colour grading.

AI Content Creation

• Use tools such as

  RunwayML, MidJourney, Pictory, Synthesia, Stable Diffusion, Leonardo AI

  , etc.
• Create AI-driven product explainers, animations, ad creatives, and visual assets.
• Build scalable creative systems using AI automation (template-based output, AI workflows, etc.).

Social Media Content

• Create optimised Reels, Shorts, TikTok content, YouTube videos, and ads.
• Design scroll-stopping hooks, strong storylines, and engaging thumbnails.
• Adapt content formats per platform requirement (1:1, 9:16, 16:9).
• Work closely with marketing to deliver content for Meta, Google, TikTok, and Amazon ads.

Creative Direction & Storywriting

• Develop creative concepts for product launches, campaigns, and brand stories.
• Write scripts, storyboards, shot lists, and UGC-style content playbooks.
• Produce content aligned with international standards and brand tone.

Production Management

• Manage studio shoots and on-location content independently.
• Maintain equipment, organise media libraries, and ensure version control.
• Deliver content on strict timelines for global campaigns.

Field & International Shoots

• Travel across India and occasionally abroad for tech, mobility, and lifestyle shoots.
• Capture high-quality outdoor, action, and real-world demo content.

Skills & Experience Required

• 4 to 8 years of experience in video production, editing, or digital content creation.
• Strong portfolio of product videos, ads, social-first content, and lifestyle shoots.
• Proficiency in:
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• Adobe After Effects
• DaVinci Resolve
• Photoshop & Illustrator
• CapCut / Canva
• Adobe Audition
• Understanding of social media trends (hooks, pacing, storytelling).
• Ability to deliver polished international-standard output independently.

Preferred

• Experience with drones, GoPro, action cameras.
• Voice-over, on-camera presentation, or UGC-style acting.
• Experience with tech, EV, electronics, or e-mobility brands.
