We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead/Senior DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time, hybrid role with a strong preference for candidates based in Bangalore, though other locations can be discussed for exceptional profiles. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in AWS, strong Linux background, and significant hands-on DevOps leadership experience.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and manage robust, scalable, and secure CI/CD pipelines for diverse applications. Automate deployment, scaling, and management of containerized applications using Docker, Amazon ECS, and Amazon EKS. Develop and maintain Python scripts to automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and deployment processes. Manage and optimize key AWS services such as S3, RDS, Lambda, CloudFormation, and CloudWatch. Work closely with development and operations teams to establish DevOps best practices, enhance system reliability, and resolve technical issues. Implement proactive monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions to ensure system health, performance, and security. Stay updated on the latest AWS and DevOps tools and technologies, recommending enhancements to existing systems. Mentor junior team members and contribute to a high-performance engineering culture. Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders regarding infrastructure updates, deployments, and requirements.
