Job Description

Experience: 8-10 Years Job Summary As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will lead efforts to design, implement, and maintain efficient and scalable infrastructure solutions. You will collaborate with development and operations teams to streamline deployment processes, enhance system reliability, and optimize performance. Your role will involve automating workflows, managing cloud environments, and ensuring continuous integration and delivery practices are upheld. Additionally, you will mentor junior engineers and promote best practices across the organization. Responsibilities and Duties Design, implement, and manage scalable infrastructure solutions in cloud environments. Lead the automation of deployment processes, ensuring efficient continuous integration and delivery. Monitor and optimize system performance, reliability, and security. Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure seamless integration of new services and features. You will be responsible for managing, monitoring, and maintaining tools like GitLab, Jenkins and many more. Interact with Software Architects, Engineering Leads, and DevSecOps Engineers to follow company guidelines and best practices. Create and maintain effective and efficient CI and CD pipelines to deliver microservices images. Provide reporting from unit and automated test executions. Create and maintain Terraform Modules for each Kubernetes environment. Work directly with a highly skilled development team to provide support for architectural design decisions. Work in a continuous integration - continuous delivery environment. Monitoring web application performance in a containerized environment. Helm charts design and maintenance Coach Junior Engineers to develop best practices in software development Qualifications and Skills Bachelor s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field. Extensive experience in DevOps engineering, including infrastructure design, automation, and cloud management. Experience with Docker and Kubernetes. Experience with cloud platforms such AWS , Google Cloud and Azure. Experience in scripting languages like Bash, Python. Experience in Continuous Testing Environments (unit tests, automated tests). Extensive experience working in software development. Experience with NodeJS application development. Experience working with Agile frameworks. Experience collaborating effectively across remote teams and time zones, and collaborating with Senior Technical Leaders. Experience with GIT, Jira, Gitlab and code review tools. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Experience in Tekton, ArgoCD, Harbor, Artifactory.
