You will provide project deliverables and day-to-day operation support and help investigate and resolve incidents. Sometimes, requirements or issues might get tricky, and this is where your expertise in development or the cooperation on troubleshooting with other IT support teams and specialists will come into play. Ready to embark on the journey? Here’s what we are looking for: Java Spring Boot Microservices Developer with experience in developing and maintaining distributed applications. Should have a strong foundation in Core Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture. Additionally, experience with event-driven Kafka messaging, BDD with Cucumber, and a working knowledge of Azure DevOps for CI/CD is required. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance microservices using Spring Boot. Implement event-driven architecture using Apache Kafka for asynchronous processing. Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and integrate them with external services. Write Cucumber BDD test cases and ensure test automation is in place. Work with relational and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB. Deploy applications using Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines (only usage knowledge required). Ensure security, performance, and scalability of microservices-based applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including DevOps, QA, and frontend developers. Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning and code reviews. Required Skills: Strong proficiency in Core Java (Java 8/11/17). Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and Microservices architecture. Experience with Apache Kafka for event-driven messaging. Knowledge of BDD testing using Cucumber. Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes (basic understanding is a plus). Good understanding of Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines (only usage knowledge required). Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. Familiarity with Git and version control systems. Good knowledge of REST APIs and JSON processing. Experience with log aggregation and monitoring tools like ELK, Prometheus, or Grafana is a plus.
