Senior Developer – Microsoft Power Platform
About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Developer with strong consulting and client-facing skills, combined with deep technical expertise in the Microsoft Power Platform. This role is part of Mivada’s RPA Practice and will involve designing, developing, and supporting enterprise-level applications that leverage Power Apps, Power Automate and Azure services.
The ideal candidate will not only excel in technical delivery but also demonstrate strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills. You will provide architecture configuration, administration, and functional support to expand Microsoft 365 capabilities, while mentoring team members and working across onshore and offshore teams.

Key Responsibilities· Design and develop applications using both canvas and model-driven Power Apps.· Build advanced workflows with Power Automate, leveraging Power Fx formulas for complex logic.· Install and configure data gateways.· Develop Azure Logic Apps and Functions to extend platform capabilities.· Integrate solutions with Dataverse, SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and SQL Server.· Customize components, layouts, and workflows to meet business requirements.· Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into scalable solutions.· Apply Agile (SCRUM) delivery practices and provide regular project status updates.· Ensure timely communication of project risks, blockers, and resolutions to stakeholders.· Provide administration, troubleshooting, and enhancement for existing solutions.· Conduct training sessions and produce user documentation.· Raise and manage vendor tickets to ensure timely issue resolution.· Enforce coding standards, documentation, and security protocols.· Safeguard the development environment by adhering to compliance and role-based security.Nice to Have· Exposure to API management and building custom connectors.· Experience in UI/UX design for user-friendly applications.· Knowledge of AI integrations within the Power Platform ecosystem.Certifications· PL-400 – Power Platform Developer (Preferred)· PL-600 – Power Platform Solution Architect (Preferred)RequirementsRequirements

Preferred Skills :

· Strong experience with Microsoft Power Platform: Power Apps (canvas & model-driven), Power Automate, and Azure Document Intelligence.· Expertise in Dataverse (Common Data Service) for data management and relationships.· Proficient in developing Azure Logic Apps and Functions.· Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 integration, configuration, and administration.· Ability to estimate work effort and translate it into project planning.· Hands-on experience building complex workflows, advanced Power Fx formulas, and app logic.· Experience integrating Power Platform with Dynamics 365, SharePoint, and SQL.· Familiarity with programming languages such as JavaScript, TypeScript, and C# for custom development.· Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.· Knowledge of role-based access control and Microsoft ecosystem security best practices.· Excellent communication, consulting, and stakeholder management skills.· Proven ability to manage cross-functional, multi-location teams.· Experience with Agile delivery methodologies, adapting them to client environments.
