The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully deploying multiple Laravel applications, a strong grasp of programming fundamentals and design principles, and a "go-getter" attitude. This role begins with significant individual contributions and will evolve into leading a team focused on building and deploying agentic AI agents. Responsibilities: Advanced Laravel Development: Architect, develop, and deploy multiple large-scale, high-performance Laravel applications. Lead the development of complex features and functionalities. Implement advanced caching, queuing, and performance optimization techniques. Conduct in-depth code reviews and enforce strict coding standards. Ensure the scalability, security, and maintainability of applications. Compliance/ISO Domain Mastery: Expertly translate complex compliance requirements (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR) into robust software solutions. Develop and maintain systems for automated compliance reporting and auditing. Provide technical guidance on compliance-related matters. Work closely with compliance officers and legal teams. AI Integration Innovation: Design and implement sophisticated AI integrations using tools like OpenAI, Google Cloud AI, and others. Develop AI-powered features for automation, data analysis, and decision-making. Research and evaluate emerging AI technologies. Build and deploy AI driven microservices. Agentic AI Agent Development and Leadership: Architect and develop agentic AI systems for automating complex compliance workflows. Lead the design and implementation of agent communication and orchestration mechanisms. Build and manage a team of developers focused on agentic AI development. Mentor team members and drive innovation in agentic AI. Programming Fundamentals and Design Principles: Apply deep knowledge of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and SOLID principles. Ensure code quality, readability, and maintainability. Implement best practices for software development. Enforce proper testing methodologies. Database Expertise: Design and optimize complex database schemas (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.). Implement advanced database performance tuning and optimization. Ensure data integrity and security. API Design and Integration: Architect and develop robust RESTful and GraphQL APIs. Integrate with complex third-party APIs and services. Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop and implement comprehensive test suites (unit, integration, end-to-end). Lead debugging and troubleshooting efforts.
