Job Description

Responsibilities Successfully lead and execute the design and development of marketing automation campaigns. Implement tracking and analytics solutions to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and customer engagement. Collaborate with marketing stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions. Design and implement complex marketing campaigns via various digital channels. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. Configure and optimize dynamic content personalization, data manipulation, and integration with external systems. Implement audience segmentation strategies based on customer demographics, behaviors, and engagement metrics to improve marketing effectiveness. Develop custom reporting and dashboards within the tool and integrated analytics platforms. Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing automation and digital marketing, and share knowledge with the team through training sessions, workshops, and documentation. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and driving initiatives to increase operational efficiency and campaign effectiveness. Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on tool development best practices and methodologies. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to tool configuration, data integration, and campaign execution. Key responsibilities include: Campaign estimation. Requirement gathering. Solution design. Platform setup with foundational schemas. Performance monitoring. Result analysis and reporting. Think creatively to design and deliver complex solutions. Enhance implementation and migration activities. Offer technology consulting. Ensure precise documentation and mentoring team members for achieving client success and desired outcomes, with a focus on durability and longevity. Qualifications 4-year college degree in a technical field or equivalent . Adobe campaign related certification is a must . Required Technical Skills: Experience in technology integrations with Marketing technologies ( AJO, ACC, AEP ). 1 year minimum of experience with AJO platform and more than 4 years working on Campaign implementations or managing projects. Hands-on experience on the Adobe Campaign tool is an added advantage. 3+ years of SQL development experience including ETL implementations. 3+ years of scripting/programming experience (JavaScript preferred) . 1+ years of experience in cross-channel marketing campaign delivery , like Push Notifications, In-App deliveries. Eager to learn new applications of traditional technologies. Able to articulate and convey technical concepts to a mixed audience. Familiarity with enterprise software and project implementation life cycles is a plus. Knowledge of CRM and/or marketing applications and processes is a plus. Knowledge of basic marketing concepts such as Campaign RoI metrics and KRAs.
