Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Developer specializing in AI text-to-image generation, based in Salem with the flexibility of some remote work. The Senior Developer will contribute to building and optimizing AI models for generating high-quality, realistic images based on textual descriptions. Responsibilities will include designing algorithms, implementing machine learning models, testing, debugging, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the product. The role also involves keeping up with the latest advancements in AI technologies and identifying opportunities to integrate them into our solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in AI technologies, including AI text-to-image generation models, LoRA models, machine learning, and deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, and experience in algorithm design and implementation.
• Experience with data preprocessing, working with large datasets, and training AI/ML models efficiently.
• Knowledge of computer vision, image processing, and natural language processing (NLP) concepts, methods, and tools.
• Familiarity with cloud-based AI/ML solutions and knowledge of infrastructure for scalable AI applications.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
• Experience working in startups or 0?1 product development phases is highly desirable.
