Senior Developer (4 - 6 Years)

Job Description

Role & responsibilities: Building model-driven applications and automation of data processes across our organization with focus on MS Power Platform. Collaborate with Stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Troubleshooting existing workflows to ensure smooth operation. High energetic spirit with an ability to provide innovative solutions to any challenges that may arise from issues/problems. Create and maintain documentation for developed workflows, operating procedures, and automation solutions. Spot trends and proactively recommend areas of investigation for our development team to work on. Strong understanding of Power Apps, SharePoint, and Dynamics 365. Define automation data needs across systems and develop and implement custom solutions with focus on Power Apps, Logic Apps and Power Automate. Strong communication and collaboration abilities. Experience with API integration and workflow automation. Create comprehensive test plans and test cases. Strong knowledge and experience with relational database and building complex SQL queries for data extraction and reporting. Translate complex business needs into clear, concise functional specifications and user stories. Plan and monitor scope, timelines, and deliverables. Develop reports and dashboards to communicate findings to stakeholders. Serve as a subject matter expert during product development cycles, providing guidance and clarifications. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities. Skill set Required: Proficiency in MS Power Platform (Power Apps, Azure Logic Apps, Power Automate, Power Automate Desktop, Power BI, AI Builder, SharePoint), AI model training through Microsoft Power Platform, Power BI development, and data gateways installation and configuration. Desirable: Knowledge and experience from working in global logistics industry. Technologies Required: Power Apps, Azure Logic Apps, Power Automate, Power Automate Desktop, Power BI, AI Builder, SharePoint, AI Document Intelligence, Dynamics 365, Python, JavaScript, .Net, C#, Java, ASP.NET MVC, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
