Job Description: Senior Designer / Lead Designer Figma & Adobe XD (E-Commerce Sites & Mobile Apps) Role Overview We are seeking a creative and experienced Senior Designer / Lead Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will specialize in designing intuitive and visually compelling e-commerce websites and mobile applications using Figma and Adobe XD. This role requires a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, e-commerce trends, and a passion for creating designs that deliver seamless customer experiences. Key Responsibilities Design Excellence : Create high-quality, innovative, and user-friendly designs for e-commerce websites and mobile applications using Figma and Adobe XD. Wireframing & Prototyping : Develop detailed wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to demonstrate the flow and functionality of designs. UI/UX Development : Ensure designs align with best practices in UX and accessibility while maintaining brand guidelines. Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, business analysts and tech leads and stakeholders, to translate requirements into design concepts. Design System Management : Develop and maintain design systems and component libraries in Figma or Adobe XD for consistency across projects. Research & Analysis : Conduct user research and analyze customer feedback to optimize designs for usability and conversion. Trend Monitoring : Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies in the e-commerce and mobile app domains. Mentorship : Lead and mentor junior designers, providing guidance on design principles and fostering a culture of creativity and innovation. Qualifications Experience : 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing e-commerce websites and mobile app designs. Tools : Expertise in Figma and Adobe XD, with proficiency in other design tools (e.g., Sketch, Illustrator, Photoshop) being a plus. Knowledge : Strong understanding of user experience principles, responsive design, and mobile-first approaches. Familiarity with e-commerce workflows, payment systems, and conversion optimization techniques. Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for communicating with development teams. Soft Skills : Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities. Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
