Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Senior Designer based in Pune. The Senior Designer will be responsible for creating, managing, and presenting design concepts, collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams, and ensuring design solutions match the client’s vision while adhering to project timelines and budgets. They will play a key role in mentoring junior team members and contributing to the development of innovative workplace designs.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in design tools such as CAD software, 3D modeling, and visualization tools.
• Strong skills in design strategy, project management, and delivering creative solutions aligned with client needs.
• Experience in space planning, workplace design, and understanding of industry standards.
• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
• Relevant experience in a similar role; a degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related fields is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality work under pressure.
• Knowledge of sustainable design practices and emerging industry trends is a plus.
