About the job:

As a Senior 3D Visualizer, you will be responsible for designing high-quality 3D renders, motion graphics, and animations for our website and digital platforms. You will help us create premium visual experiences that reflect the quality and innovation seen in globally recognized digital platforms. This role also demands a strong foundation in motion graphics, videography, and graphic design, keen eye for modern aesthetics and visual storytelling. You need to be a passionate, experienced, and detail-oriented designer—someone who has a proven record of creating polished, sophisticated, immersive, and high-performing 3D content. You should be comfortable both conceptualizing and executing motion design across digital platforms—often using AI to accelerate your workflow. You will work closely with designers, developers, marketers, and product managers to ensure that visuals are both effective and delightful.

What will you be responsible for:

• 3D Visualization: Create high-quality, cinematic and engaging 3D renders, animations, and motion graphics for web and digital platforms.
• Motion Design: Develop immersive and engaging motion design (transitions, scrolly-telling, micro-animations, etc.) that enhances storytelling and user experience.
• Dev Hand-off and Motion Specs: In case of Lottie and Rive animations, create detailed motion specifications that will help front-end developers implement the designs up to expectations.
• Creative Direction: Contribute to the visual direction and storytelling of digital experiences, ensuring consistency and brand alignment.
• Web Compatibility: Ensure all visual assets are optimized for web performance, HTML compatibility, and responsive design.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with design, product, marketing, business, and development teams to align visuals with business goals and user needs.
• Performance Awareness: Design visuals that are not only beautiful but also optimized for speed, accessibility, and user engagement.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct Creative QA of artefacts to ensure they are implemented with pixel-perfection and as per specifications.
• Stay Up to date: Keep up with AI, design trends, tools, and best practices. Continuously improve and innovate our visual strategy.

Therefore, you should have:

• Experience: 5-7 years of experience in 3D visualization, CGI, SFX/VFX, cinematography, motion design, or related roles, preferably in digital-first creative agencies or B2C organizations.
• Tool Proficiency: Expertise in modern 3D and motion tools such as Blender, Cinema 4D, Houdini, Spline, After Effects, Lottie, Rive, and strong familiarity with AI tools like Midjourney, Veo, Sora, and web design platforms like Framer and Webflow.
• Design Skills: Strong understanding of visual storytelling, animation principles, motion graphics, videography, and graphic design.
• Technical Awareness: Ability to design within technical constraints such as video performance, webpage load times, and HTML compatibility.
• Collaboration Skills: Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Portfolio: A portfolio or showreel that showcases your best work and thinking process. If not, you might be asked to take a take-home design challenge.

• You’ve worked in financial services, fintech, or other complex, highly regulated industries and know how to balance creativity with compliance.
• Have led visual strategy for high-performing websites or digital products.
• Have won awards in design or have a high follower-count on your Behance, Dribbble, or professional Instagram account.
• Take interest in areas adjacent to design: architecture, branding, pop-culture, photography, etc.
• Enjoy mentoring, reading, researching, writing articles, and working with the broader community of designers.
• Believe that design is more than just work, but a way of life. You love to animate, visualize, experiment, and have a keen eye for motion and aesthetics.
