Academic qualification

• Essential: B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Chemical /Mechanical Engineering

Job Summary

We are seeking experienced Process and Erection Engineers to join our team. The successful candidates will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing process systems, as well as overseeing the erection and commissioning of equipment and facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparation of Mass & Energy Balance.
• Preparation of P&IDs, HFDs & PFDs
• Pump selection & Calculations.
• Head loss calculations
• Equipment Sizing.
• Equipment & Instrument Process datasheet.
• Classification of Storage Tanks
• Equipment Sizing & Line sizing calculations.
• Valve Sizing Calculations
• Preparation of Technical Specifications (Equipment and Process).
• Preparation of line list
• Preparation of equipment list
• Preparation of Techno-Commercial comparison and vendor co-ordination
• Read & understand Tender & scopes
• Data sheets preparations
• Knowledge on Membrane Projections software
• Knowledge on WTP, WWTP & STP process
• Knowledge on membrane-based projects 

Erection Engineer

1. Erection planning: Plan and oversee the erection of equipment and facilities.

2. Site supervision: Supervise erection activities on-site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

• 3. Quality control: Conduct quality control checks to ensure equipment
