Senior Design Engineer

• Prepare and develop detailed electrical design drawings, layouts, wiring diagrams, and schematics using CAD software.
• Create designs for Distribution Boards (DBs), Panel Boards, MCC, PCC, and Control Panels as per project requirements.
• Ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to applicable electrical standards and customer specifications.
• Prepare Bill of Materials (BOM), BOQ, fabrication details, and related design documentation.
• Maintain drawing schedules, revision records, and documentation logs.
• Study project specifications, technical documents, and customer requirements to deliver accurate design outputs.
• Coordinate with internal project teams, procurement, production, and quality teams for design feasibility.
• Support client communication, clarification handling, and technical updates when required.
• Manage day-to-day computer operations related to design and document management.
• Provide back-office support including data entry, formatting, and general computer-based assignments.
• Assist in preparing reports, design summaries, and technical submissions.
• Revise and update drawings based on customer feedback, design changes, and internal review comments.
• Ensure designs meet relevant electrical standards, safety norms, and industry best practices.

Preferred candidate profile

We require a CADD Design Engineer with 3 to 6 years of experience in the relevant electrical domain, particularly in the design of Distribution Boards (DBs) and Panel Boards.
