Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Install, configure, and maintain MongoDB and other databases . Ensure database performance, security, and scalability . Implement replication, sharding, and backup strategies . Optimize queries, indexing, and storage for efficiency. Monitor database health using tools like Ops Manager, Prometheus, or Grafana . Troubleshoot database issues and ensure high availability . Automate database management tasks using Shell/Python scripting . Collaborate with development teams to optimize schema design and queries . Requirements: 4-6 years of experience in database administration. Strong expertise in MongoDB (preferred), MySQL, or PostgreSQL. Hands-on experience with replication, sharding, and high availability. Knowledge of backup, restore, and disaster recovery strategies. Experience in Linux environments and scripting (Shell, Python). Familiarity with MongoDB Atlas, AWS RDS, or cloud-based databases. Preferred Qualifications: MongoDB Certification is a plus. Experience with DevOps tools like Docker, Kubernetes, or Ansible . Exposure to both SQL and NoSQL databases. Show more Show less
