Senior Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA) Instructor

As an experienced and passionate Instructor in Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA) with over 10 years of industry or academic experience, you will be responsible for imparting deep knowledge of data structures, algorithm design, and strong hands-on problem-solving skills to learners. Your role will involve teaching DSA concepts, mentoring students, and guiding them through a variety of algorithmic challenges commonly used in technical interviews and competitive programming. Your key responsibilities will include delivering structured and engaging lectures, coding sessions, and workshops on core Data Structures and Algorithms. You will be expected to create and maintain a progressive curriculum with DSA concepts aligned to industry interview standards, such as FAANG-level. Additionally, you will mentor students through problem-solving practice on platforms like LeetCode, HackerRank, and Codeforces. Conducting mock interviews, code reviews, and personalized guidance sessions to enhance algorithmic thinking will also be part of your duties. Designing assignments, quizzes, and coding assessments to assess understanding and progress will be essential. Collaborating with curriculum designers and technical mentors to ensure cohesive learning experiences and remaining updated with evolving trends in algorithms, coding techniques, and interview practices will be crucial to your success in this role. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A minimum of 10 years of experience in teaching, mentoring, or software development focused on data structures and algorithms is required. You must have a strong command over DSA concepts and proficiency in at least one programming language, such as Python, Java, or C++. Proven experience in solving and explaining complex DSA problems, excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify abstract topics, and familiarity with online coding platforms and competitive programming environments are also necessary skills for this role.,
