Job Title: Senior Data Scientist Location: Bangalore, India Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated Data Scientist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, developing predictive models, and providing actionable insights to drive business decisions. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, proficiency in data science tools, and the ability to translate data into meaningful strategies. Key Responsibilities: Analyze large datasets using statistical and data science techniques. Develop and implement statistical and machine learning models to solve complex problems and support business decision making. Use Python, R, and Jupyter Notebooks for data analysis, modeling, and visualization. Stay updated with the latest advancements in data science, AI, and analytics. Requirements: 5-7 years experience in predictive modeling and machine learning in a Data Scientist or similar analytical role. Experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, Scikit-Learn, PyTorch). Strong knowledge of statistical analysis, data mining, and predictive modeling. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL. Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. Experience working with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) is a plus. Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders. Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or a related field. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Matplotlib, Seaborn). Knowledge of A/B testing, time-series forecasting, and NLP techniques. Experience in HR analytics and workforce data modeling.
