Job Description

Responsibilities:

Knowledge of and experience using Data Governance tools (e.g., Informatica Axon, Data360, Collibra, etc.) highly preferred
Design and Develop mechanism of oversight policies and regulations using Python, AWS.

Maintaining, testing and implementing disaster recovery procedures.
Implementing automation using scripting languages (e.g., Python ) to manage AWS services.
Building tools for deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting of system resources in an AWS environment.
Developing software components in Python that interact with AWS cloud services by leveraging the AWS APIs.
Implement tools to advance and measure the quality of data held in various systems. Create metadata repositories, data lineage flows, data inventory and data catalog integrations.

Support research of Data Governance and Data Quality methodologies and tools. Design and implement reports for Stakeholders and Data Governance internal and external audits.
Design workflows and implement processes to enable and implement audit processes, provide oversight on policies and standards.
Work on projects and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Knowledge of data governance & data quality
Expertise at Intermediate level on Python, AWS.
Technical proficiency with MS Office, including Access and Visio
Working knowledge of relational database and query concepts
Ability to influence across multiple levels
Must be effective at prioritizing and managing complex tasks
Knowledge of IT development, data management and change processes
Ability to build relationships and influence at all levels
Strong communication skills
Preferred: Bachelor's degree
