Senior Data Analyst (VBA & Power Query specialist)

Role Overview: We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Executive Data Analyst to join our Central BI Team at FNP. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting business decision-making by providing data-driven insights, automating reports, and ensuring data accuracy. This role will involve optimizing business metrics, supporting various departments with actionable intelligence, and improving efficiency through automation. Role & responsibilities Ensure high data accuracy and integrity in all reporting and analysis. Address miscellaneous data requests and ad hoc reports promptly to facilitate faster decision-making. Maintain a historical archive of sales data, order data, and Add-On % on a month-on-month basis. Reduce manual reporting by automating key reports. Implement new product analytics tools, ensuring their accuracy and usability. Maintain and update business dashboards and performance trackers. Generate data insights to improve business performance. Support Clevertap login management for analytics and reporting. Prepare and present Monthly Category Review (MCR) reports. Maintain a record of all active PIDs, updating history fortnightly. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors/Masters degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field. 2-4 years of experience in data analytics, preferably in e-commerce or retail. Strong proficiency in Power Query, VBA, SQL, and Excel. Experience with automation of reports and dashboarding. Familiarity with Clevertap, Google Analytics, or other customer analytics tools.
