Job Overview:

Knovista Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Data Analyst Trainer to lead training sessions and mentor students in the field of data analytics. The trainer will be responsible for delivering practical, industry-oriented training while ensuring learners gain hands-on experience with real-world data tools and techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive training sessions on data analytics tools and concepts (Excel, SQL, Power BI/Tableau, Python, Statistics, etc.).
• Develop and maintain course materials, assignments, and projects.
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback and support.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in data analytics.
• Conduct assessments and help learners prepare for interviews and professional roles.
• Collaborate with the academic and placement teams for curriculum and performance enhancement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in data analytics or as a trainer.
• Strong knowledge of Python (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib/Seaborn), SQL, Power BI/Tableau, and MS Excel.
• Good understanding of statistical concepts, data visualization, and business analytics.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Passion for teaching and mentoring students.

Employment Terms:

• Probation Period: 1 to 3 months.
• Leave Policy During Probation: 1 Sick Leave.
• Post-Probation Leave Policy: 1 Sick Leave and 1 Casual Leave per month.
• Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Second Saturday off).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
