Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst with expertise in Data Lake, BigQuery, and Power BI to join our offshore team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing BigQuery data from Google Analytics 4, ensuring seamless data integration, and leveraging Power BI to develop impactful data visualizations. This role requires a deep understanding of data structures, analytical skills, and the ability to translate complex datasets into actionable insights. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities: Manage and optimize BigQuery data sourced from Google Analytics 4, ensuring data accuracy and performance. Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot data pipelines and ETL processes in a Data Lake environment. Design and implement Power BI dashboards and reports to provide real-time business insights. Work closely with business stakeholders, data engineers, and analysts to understand data requirements and deliver insights. Perform data validation, cleansing, and transformation to ensure high-quality analytics outputs. Optimize SQL queries for efficient data extraction and transformation. Identify trends, patterns, and correlations in large datasets to support business decision-making. Ensure data security, governance, and compliance in alignment with organizational policies. Stay updated with industry best practices in data analytics, visualization, and cloud data management. ________________________________________ Required Skills & Experience: 5+ years of experience in data analytics, with a strong focus on Google BigQuery and Power BI. Proven expertise in managing and analyzing BigQuery data from Google Analytics 4. Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and transforming large datasets. Hands-on experience with Data Lakes and large-scale data processing. Expertise in Power BI, including DAX, data modeling, and report development. Experience in integrating BigQuery data sources into Power BI. Familiarity with cloud-based analytics solutions, particularly Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail. Ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
