Senior Data Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst with 1–2 years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to help drive data-informed decisions across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze structured and unstructured data using SQL, Python, and Excel

• Create dashboards and visualizations using Power BI and Google Sheets

• Develop and maintain reports to track key metrics and business performance

• Work with MongoDB to query and manage NoSQL data

• Interpret data trends and patterns to support business strategy

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver insights

• Apply statistical methods to solve real-world problems and validate hypotheses

• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across platforms

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a Data Analyst or similar role

• Proficient in Excel, including advanced formulas and pivot tables

• Strong knowledge of SQL for querying and data manipulation

• Hands-on experience with MongoDB and NoSQL databases

• Proficient in Python for data analysis (Pandas, NumPy, etc.)

• Experience in building reports/dashboards using Power BI

• Skilled in using Google Sheets for collaboration and automation

• Strong logical thinking and problem-solving abilities

• Good understanding of statistics and data modeling techniques

• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹350,000.00 per year
