Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced Senior Cutlist Maker to join our production team. This role involves leading cutlist creation, optimizing material usage, and ensuring production efficiency . The ideal candidate will work closely with designers, architects, and factory teams to ensure accuracy, minimal waste, and streamlined operations . Key Responsibilities: Interpret Design Plans: Analyze blueprints, technical drawings, and project specifications to determine material requirements. Create & Review Cutlists: Develop and verify detailed cutlists for cabinets, furniture, modular units, and space-saving products . Optimize Material Usage: Strategically plan cuts to reduce waste and maximize production efficiency . Lead & Train Junior Cutlist Makers: Provide guidance, training, and quality checks to ensure best practices are followed. Coordinate with Production Teams: Work closely with factory staff and machine operators to ensure seamless execution. Improve Processes & Innovation: Stay updated with new materials, software, and production technologies to enhance efficiency. Required Skills and Qualifications: Technical Expertise: Advanced proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar) and cutlist management tools. Attention to Detail: Strong accuracy in measurements, calculations, and documentation . Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in material cutting and production workflow . Leadership & Team Management: Experience in guiding and supervising junior team members . Material & Manufacturing Knowledge: In-depth understanding of wood, laminates, CNC cutting, edge banding, and modular furniture production . Experience: 5 to 8 years in a cutlist-making role within an interior production or manufacturing environment .
