Job Description

As a customer service representative, your primary role will be to support and provide excellent customer service via phone calls and chats. You will be responsible for effectively dealing with customers, identifying and assessing their needs to achieve satisfaction, and taking care of after-sales services. Key Responsibilities: - Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication - Answer calls professionally to provide information about products and services, take/cancel orders, or obtain details of complaints - Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken - Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation Qualifications Required: - Education: Bachelor's degree preferred - Experience: 1 year of customer service experience preferred - Language: Proficiency in Hindi and English preferred Please note that this is a full-time position with a rotational shift schedule. The work location is in person.,
