Role Overview: As a candidate for this position, your main responsibility will be to handle clients on call and provide technical support for the company's software and IT services. You will need to understand the company's offerings thoroughly to assist clients effectively. The company is looking for smart and proficient candidates to join their team. Please note that the working days are Monday to Saturday from 11 AM to 7 PM.
