Job Description

We’re always looking for ways to help our e-commerce clients even better. With a close-knit team, we take care of everything needed to make our customers successful. Will you join our team as a Customer Success Representative?

What will you do?

As a Customer Success Representative, you are the go-to person and first point of contact for our customers by usiing our advanced ticket system. You share responsibility for their success. You’re always there to support them and solve problems before they even notice them. It’s a highly dynamic role where you play a key part in keeping our customers happy and successful.

Who are you?

  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience
  • A multitasker who isn’t afraid of challenges
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office programs and CRM software
  • Customer-oriented, proactive, communicative, and stress-resistant (with a healthy dose of humor—though we might be asking a lot!)
  • Excellent command of English, written and spoken
  • Always looking for ways to improve and not easily discouraged

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
